Wedding Invitations Have Been Sent Out!

As our wedding date of September 12th gets closer Nicole and I keep getting things done. This week Nicole had a few days off (Tuesday and Wednesday) so she is down in Dubuque for a visit. Yesterday while I was at work she spent the afternoon labeling envelopes and stuffing them with the wedding invitations…and then when I got home I helped her finish them up.
Today, with all the invitations ready to be mailed Nicole went to the post office and mailed them. I thought about taking a picture of the invites for you wonderful blog readers but there are a few people who are getting invites that read this blog…and I would rather not ruin the surprise for them…sorry. After we get all the responses I will see if I can get a picture up for you guys. Also, for those of you getting invites…4 or 5 of you are prolly missing a stamp on the return envelope, sorry about that, if you really want I’ll give you 50 cents at the reception.
In the end, after all the invitations were done (along with an estimated guest count) the numbers break down like this: 66 invitations sent out and a total of 163 guests. Not too big and not too small…initially we had a guest list of 140, 163 isn’t, too much of an increase.
